Depending on who you ask, I am a Xennial – At least on paper. In my mind I’m as Xer as they come! It used to be a great source of pride but given the last four years we dropped the ball at bit!

My generation are naturally rebellious and wary of authority, which proved great trait for my latest book! My world is split into three, I’ve been under the skies of America, Ireland and U.K. I’m a Londoner by birth, Irish by choice and have no real hearth stone as I’ve travelled so much.

This book is the latest in a long line of Manuscripts, I’m into escapism as I grew up a proud, proud child of the 80’s. My diet then was Spielberg, Henson, Dahl and Grahame. As Defunct yet traditional as my family was my Mother’s distance gave me a key of wonder. The joy of the Audio Book

Now this was Thirty Odd years before such things were fashionable, my mother never read to us but in her stead were cassette tapes fore-telling treasures of evergreen lillys, compost heap fairies and Black berry picking. Somewhere in those tapes was muse trying to find me.

I’ve been the most spectacular failure imaginable since then, except for the Army Marriage which is a funny thing for a divorce kid to say! I roamed a few thousand miles in my time, created several worlds from ice to darkness, to funny Hades stories for kids and now a dystopia.

Nobody really knows why writers keep writing even when there’s a gambit of no reward. It’s almost as natural to us as a bird migration, failure isn’t a option but rather a puzzle we can’t fathom. This blog could end up being for my eyes only like before but then I wasn’t sure what I was doing before. Sometimes the thing you need to say has to be said, regardless If you have an audience or not

Anyhoo….Onward We Go
